Who operates this website

This website, vtechnetworks.com, is operated by VTech Networks Inc., using VTech Networks as its public-facing brand. This notice explains the website’s contact features, optional analytics, embedded reviews and privacy controls. For privacy enquiries, email info@vtechnetworks.com.

Information you choose to provide

You may share your name, company, contact details, requirements and correspondence when discussing a project by telephone, email or WhatsApp. We use this information to respond, understand requirements and discuss or provide agreed services. Please share only what is relevant to your enquiry.

Telephone, email, WhatsApp and the project brief

Project requirements are often discussed through ordinary telephone conversations. Important details may be confirmed separately through WhatsApp, while larger or corporate clients generally correspond by email. Telephone calls are not routinely recorded. In exceptional situations involving a concern, disagreement or potential problem, the business may record a call. A recording can contain participants’ voices and the information discussed.

Email links open your email application. WhatsApp links take you to WhatsApp. The current project brief builds a WhatsApp link containing the name, company, selected service and requirement you enter, then opens a prefilled message. WhatsApp can receive the link request and its prefilled text when it opens; VTech receives the message when you send it.

The website’s brief script does not upload those fields to a VTech web-form endpoint or save them in website storage. Your browser, email service and WhatsApp have their own processing practices. See WhatsApp’s Privacy Policy.

Website delivery and technical information

Requesting a web page sends technical request information to the servers delivering it. This may include an IP address, browser information and requested URLs. Such information can be relevant to delivering pages and maintaining service security. This notice does not promise a particular hosting region or technical-log retention period.

Your privacy choices

Strictly necessary first-party storage remembers your choices. Analytics and External Google Reviews are separate optional categories and start off. Accept All enables both; Reject Optional leaves both off. Preferences lets you choose either category independently. Scrolling is not consent and rejecting optional services does not prevent ordinary website use.

We store only the preference version, choice timestamp and the two optional category choices in this browser, without a visitor identifier or contact information. Choices expire after 180 days, or can be reset when the consent version changes. Clearing browser storage also resets them. If preferences cannot be safely saved, optional services stay off.

Google Analytics 4

With Analytics consent, the production website can load Google Analytics 4 to understand page usage and selected actions such as language changes, contact links and project calls to action. The analytics implementation is not configured to send project-brief fields, message contents or link query strings as custom event parameters.

Before that consent, this site does not load its Google analytics library or send its analytics pings. After consent, Google may receive technical and usage information and use analytics cookies. Advertising consent remains denied; this integration does not install Google Ads or Tag Manager. See Google’s Privacy Policy and how Google uses information from partner sites.

External Google Reviews and Elfsight

With External Google Reviews consent, Home automatically loads the Elfsight reviews widget shortly before you reach that section. It displays public Google review content and can contact Elfsight’s delivery, review and service endpoints. Technical information may be involved. Elfsight identifies the visitor-facing cookie elfsight_viewed_recently, which helps prevent repeated view counting for approximately 15 seconds. Other third-party services may process information or set cookies under their own policies.

The embedded content is provided through Elfsight, SL, Andorra. See Elfsight’s Privacy Policy. Google review source links are subject to Google’s policies. The independent Google profile link remains available without enabling the embed; opening that link takes you to an external service.

Changing or withdrawing consent

Use Privacy Preferences in the footer or here to change your choices. Turning a category off blocks future optional initialization and tracked actions. If an optional provider has already started, the page reloads once to restore the denied state. This cannot undo information already transmitted.

The site attempts to remove readable first-party Google analytics cookies when Analytics is withdrawn. It cannot delete third-party HttpOnly cookies; use browser/provider controls for those. With JavaScript disabled, optional integrations remain blocked. These controls do not change choices you make on an external website.

Retention and security

Project enquiries and related conversations received through WhatsApp are generally retained in our WhatsApp account for business communication and project-related purposes. We do not currently follow a fixed automatic deletion schedule for these conversations. You may contact us about a specific record or deletion request, subject to applicable obligations. Retention of telephone-enquiry records, any call recordings, email correspondence and other project records depends on the purpose, the engagement, the issue involved and applicable obligations. Third-party retention depends on each provider's services and account configuration.

Avoid sending passwords, access tokens, financial credentials or sensitive personal records in an initial project brief. No online service can guarantee absolute security. This notice makes no hosting-region, certification or third-party contractual guarantee.

Your enquiries and privacy rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights concerning access, correction, deletion, consent withdrawal or a privacy complaint. Write to info@vtechnetworks.com describing your request. We may need information to verify and handle it, and applicable obligations or exceptions may affect the response. This notice does not claim that every right or procedure applies identically in every country.

Updates to this notice

Last updated: 31 October 2026. This notice may be updated as website features or processing practices change. Material consent changes can require a new choice. Please review the current notice when submitting information or changing preferences.
